For the stamping, I used Sally Hanson Hard as Nails in White On & my leopard print Konad plate.

dip dye cool.
I wandered into Old Navy the other day and spotted this super cheap, super awesome slip on sneakers! Although this is totally DIY'able... they are on sale for $15! I got the blue ones, but I love them both.

ombre sponge paint.
So I ended up doing an Easter manicure after all...
But! it was also a learning process for the new gradient technique
with a make-up sponge that I've been seeing around the web.
It's definitely a little trial and error... the full tutorial that I followed is from
The Beauty Department that is also pictured at the very bottom of the post.
Don't forget to wet your sponge and instead of using a piece of paper to blot,
I went straight for the nail... too much paint was being removed on the paper.
It's such a fun idea & since the paint ends up being very thin, it will probably last a little longer!
before the top coat.

easter party. rainbow chip.
The easiest & tastiest thing to make for an easter party!
Takes just about an hour from start to finish.
Doesn't it just look so precious?
Ingredients:
1 Betty Crocker Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
oil, water & 3 eggs
1 rainbow chip frosting
& assortment of pastel sprinkles
easter fingers.
Surprisingly, I haven't yet painted some obnoxious easter datails on my nails... But I have been searching for inspiration... and here's the best of what I found!
via hello giggles
this is my color of the week: Tiffany Imposter
If you're just doing a solid color, pick something pretty and pastel like this.
