skeletor.

Pretty much way over the skull trend, but I saw these adorable friendship bracelets the other day at So Good jewelry in SoHo (Broadway btw Grand & Howard) and bought a few up.
Usually $8.99 but everything was 50% off, and I believe it still is.  Couldn't pass it up.  They have them in a bunch of other fun colors too & in silver skulls too.

thrifted gold jewelry.

Most of this jewelry was acquired at a few thrift or antique stores on my most recent Ohio trip (in Elmore, OH) but a couple of the pieces were found on Ebay, scavenged from my mom or childhood gifts.  Most things were a buck, but definitely nothing over $10!

Most expensive item on the left: vintage enamel earrings found on Ebay. $10.00
(go to Ebay and search "vintage enamel earrings"- there are some very, VERY cool things out there)

other cool options on the cheap from forever 21
(the one in Times Square usually has a pretty great selection of jewelry)
